In the heart of Jerusalem we’ve established for you – the residents of Jerusalem and its surroundings – an innovative, advanced sports complex that is huge and spectacularly beautiful.
The new compound, which was inaugurated in the fall of 2017 and replaced the old YMCA Sports Center – a legendary institution in its own right – covers an area of 10,000 square meters and includes a wide range of sports facilities, treatment rooms, classes (Crossfit, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates and more…), group activities, a basketball arena with two courts, a semi-Olympic swimming pool, sports shops and more.
The idea behind the new compound was simple: to grant anyone living in or working in Jerusalem – regardless of their neighborhood, age, or family status – the opportunity to enjoy a fun experience and choose activities that suit their preferences.
The central, accessible location of the complex makes it reachable by car (there are plenty of parking spaces on site) and by public transportation. Visitors will meet all types, from businessmen, students, retirees and professional athletes, to foreign diplomats, representatives of international organizations and Marines.
The complex was planned, designed and built with the greatest of care, and the results speak for themselves: anyone who comes here and is exposed to the facilities, technology, staff, programs and activities soon becomes a loyal ambassador and continues to have fun and a complete experience combining recreation, fitness and health.
